SF HOME Bilingual Case Manager (Cantonese/English or Mandarin/English) - posted 6/10/08

The SF HOME Case Manager provides supportive services to homeless and low-income families in order to help them obtain/maintain permanent housing and stability.  Clients are referred to the program upon exiting the Compass Family Center emergency shelter, through the Positive Parenthood Project or through outside agencies.  Families can either receive intensive case management or a rental subsidy coupled with intensive case management.  SF HOME Case Manager is responsible for a caseload of up to 20-25 families.

Educational/Vocational Specialist- posted 6/10/08

The Educational/Vocational Specialist is a member of the SF HOME Project.  The Educational/Vocational Specialist is responsible for teaching a pre-employment curriculum, running the computer lab, and providing vocational/educational assessment and counseling to Compass Family Center clients. The Vocational/Educational Specialist reports directly to the SF HOME Project Coordinator

After-School Program Coordinator - posted 7/3/08

The After-School Program Coordinator is responsible for the organization and implementation of the Clara House after-school program.
