25 years of making the holidays merry and bright for San Francisco families
Adopt-a-Family Registration is Closed.
Adopt-a-Family is our annual holiday program which pairs individuals, families, groups and office teams with Compass families who are homeless or at imminent risk and lack the resources to buy holiday gifts. For many families, these gifts will be the only gifts they will receive during the holidays.
Due to the overwhelming amount of support for our Adopt-a-Family program this year, we have matched all families with donors!

Fulfill Items from our Holiday Wishlist
Purchase holiday items from our Amazon Wishlist to support homeless children and parents. Oftentimes, these gifts will support families in need who are new to Compass and just accessing resources, and missed the chance to participate in Adopt-a-Family.
Double your impact when you choose Compass Family Services as your AmazonSmile charity. Proceeds of your purchase will support Compass programs.
Volunteer for Adopt-a-Family
There are many different ways you can volunteer during Adopt-a-Family, whether you are adopting a family or not! Get involved this holiday season and help with Adopt-a-Family administrative tasks or gift drop off and pick up days in San Francisco. It takes a lot of people to make this project successful each year and we'd love your help!
