Central City Access Point is a front-door program for families experiencing homelessness, providing problem solving, screening for shelter and housing programs and information and referrals.


Services

  • Entry point for families experiencing homelessness for the SF Dept. of Homelessness and Supportive Housing’s Coordinated Entry Program and Homelessness Response System

  • Problem solving and planning for finding safe shelter, whether with friends or family or by accessing emergency shelter

  • Intake and assessment for families who are unable to self-resolve their homelessness through problem solving

  • Screening for eligibility for shelter and housing programs through SF Family Coordinated Entry Program

  • Information and referrals for services in the community that benefit homeless families

Tuesday:

9:00am - 11:50pm
(closed every 3rd Tuesday of the month)

Wednesday:

Access Point: 9:00am - 11:50pm // 1:00pm - 7:00pm
Family Resource Center: 9:00am - 11:50pm // 1:00pm - 4:50pm

Thursday:
